What wonderful random acts of kindness #PeaceOfSydney !

I was out for my morning exercise and daily serenity connection for sunrise at Bondi Beach (Sydney). The sunrise was divine; there were 30 or 40 dolphins playing and flirting in the waves; and a team of Guerrilla Peace Makers were out creating and sharing the LOVE.

They call it “Peace Bombing” - an explosion of love and peace taking to the streets in the wee hours of the morning with arms full of hand painted peace flags.

The concept was started by Sarah Saunton (@penheartspaper) to "share the love, take a piece of peace or love to connect together strangers for a common good cause and expand the peace and love".

This was the second “PeaceOfSydney” wall and I found it just behind the #bondirescue building. I hear there could be more anytime, anywhere! If you see a piece of peace or love; take it and wear it proudly. We are huge supporters and look forward to the next one.

Wow! Getting present to reality... & the industrialization we take as an everyday phenomenon... these sails are made with rice sacks, propelled by the wind to move sand pulled by hand for construction!

"Boats powered by wind and propelled with sails made of rice sacks transport sand pulled by hand from the Lagos Lagoon.

Sand miners dive 13 to 16 feet to the bottom of the lagoon and fill the boats one bucket at a time. The sand is being used to construct the new Lagos. Lagos Lagoon, Nigeria.

"Endless possibilities on this remote Alaskan boat trip last year.. We paddled to shore from the boat and punched through the shorebreak to find a unknown wave at the far end of the beach.. We called it the Yeti.

On my way back to the boat the tide turned low and the surf became a endless close-out.. Making the paddle back absolutely horrendous .. Not to mention seeing a killer whale dorsal fin just as we got to the boat @thetorpedopeople "

BEAUTY in Everyday Objects ~ PLANET

Adding #beauty to everyday objects is something we can all do to recognize beauty is everywhere in ours lives.

It is some the the Bhutanese do wonderfully as shared here...

"I was buying a gho (traditional dress for Bhutanese men) at a very tiny, very local shop in Paro, Bhutan. An old man walked in with a handful of arrows (archery is the national sport). I went along my business looking for just the right fabric for my gho while he looked for metal arrow tips (why you do that a gho fashion boutique, I don't know) when I took a closer look at the arrows.

I was surprised to see how beautifully they were taped at the back. I don't think the colors mean anything other the Bhutanese insistence on adding beauty to the everyday objects of their lives.

This seems to add to their Gross National Happiness."
